Last night I had my attention focused elsewhere and nearly lost a double digit amount of battleships and two carriers to a handful of RPG's oops I mean bazooka troops ( this isnt generals) and a couple of tanks. The ships shouldve annihilated this feeble opposition, but I actually had to land the appropriate ground counters to the tanks ands troops.
The ships should only really be destroyed by vast numbers of land units or the in-game counters (air craft and the counter ship) and towers/forts. Having sihps beat up by infantry makes me not want to incorporate them into my strat.
The same applies for air although, bombers can be truly nasty. The fighters need some type of combat boost. I had eight fighters strafe a tank and not kill it. Then I had them strafe a line of villies on wood and only kill one.
They just dont seem as useful as they could be. Thoughts?
