But I would like a general guideline on what level to keep military strength at by number of cities and technology age and also the maximum number of cities you should have, as well as generic build orders. Also, strategies on the more prominent and common "noob civs" or "advantageous civs" such as maya or koreans. Also, if you are a noob with fanciful ideas dont bother to reply, i only want advice from experts ("War" seems to knwo what he is talking about on these forums, i would like advice form him in particular, but i know some of you other guys are just as good if not better!)
