I don't get a fast 2nd lumber camp with lakota--you usually are not hurting for wood with lakota early (what will you spend it on?) but you do need fast food, so after you fill your woodcamp send all your vills scouting. Instead of spending the 70 food on a 2nd woodcamp use it towards a faster civ1 or mil1. In general with lakota you probably do not want your production buildings in the middle of nowhere at first, because even with a tower they'll be easier to raid. Besides, building your town center right next to your wood saves you the hassle (and cost) of that additional tower. With your second city up, you can play like a normal civ and go for a massive 2 barracks late classic/medieval attack. Since your army also produces economy and all your vills are 40% more efficient than normal vills, you'll find that a 2-rax attack is actually quite easy to sustain. I do not recommend building stuff in the middle of nowhere at first because your first priority will to be to protect your massive human capital in citizens (each one is 1.4 times as valuable as your opponent's citizens, so losing them hurts) and cities.
Don't use infinite queue--you run a high chance of getting a food ruin. In fact a good choice for Lakota is to go sci1-com1 and then shift-v to max out all your food so that you have no chance of getting a food ruin (at least for the first 30 seconds).
Don't stop making villagers in ancient until you hit at least 80 or so food--they'll help you get instant metal in classic (plus they can scout, harass the enemy, etc...) If you have food rares ideally you should be in the 90 range.
Food rares really help. Think about it this way: with 2 food rares, you need 15 vills to cap 100 food (this is from 15*4 + 20 from cities + 20 from food rares). A normal civ needs to produce 16 villagers to hit 100 food/100 wood in ancient. So if you can find 2 food rares, you'll be at least as fast, if not faster, than a normal civ.
That rush won't work in good player games. The moment your enemy realizes your barracks is so far away from your economy, he'll raid the living daylights out of your citizens. Your rush won't be too good if all your vills are dying.
