I seem to have a problem building wonders. At a certain stage I will get the message "Your wonder powers have been activated due to advances in civics". However, I have never found the button/command where I can start building a wonder. I can see on my world view (at the start of a campaign) that I have wonders, e.g. Versailles, but do not know how to get to the stage or command to start building them. It's very frustating, because I feel that I'm not playing the game to its full extend. Please help!

You can't build wonders when playing Conquer the World. These "Wonder Powers" are the effects you get from controlling wonders on the strategic map; for example, if you have the Terra Cotta Army in another of your territories, then when you research the appropriate number of Civic technologies, you get a reinforcement army.
