In 80% of games, players choose Despotism over Republic, and making Republic give you a greater commerce cap bonus isn't going to help.
Tone down the Americans in the early going, and make their late game less powerful. -- Is this enough of a nerf?
Tone down the French, especially their early game attacks.
Tone down the British on maps with fishing.
A bug was giving Kushite archers too large of a bonus against other archer units.
Tone down the Romans a little.
Give the Greeks a bit of a boost. (The percentage can be changed to basicly anything)
A small buff for Maya, as players suggested.
The Lakota slow start. It’s possible that this may be too much of a buff.
Their HI are significantly more expensive than other nations.
Their unique scouts have a huge LOS and speed bonus. This should tone them down somewhat in the early going.
