Ok, so just post your idea of a unit and with the info format I have below:

Name:
Type:(Air,land,sea)
Age:
Nation(s): --You can say 'all'
Building/Unit produced from:
Description:
...And add on to that what you feel neccisary

Name: SR-71 Blackbird
Type:Air
Age:Information
Nation(s):AMERCICA!
Building/Unit produced from:Airbase
Description:A scout that has no weapons. It can not be shot down by land based AA defences. Jet fighters can only shoot down blackbirds. However, the blackbird is much faster than any fighter (it has to be ambushed) and has a large sight range. Very expensive and long build time.

These are the one-party government units

Name: Imperial Guard
Type: Ground
Age: Gunpowder-Enlightenment
Nations: All
Unit produced from: The Monarch
Description: Replaces the Palace Guard. Unit is similar to the CTW Imperial Guard.

Name: People's Guard
Type: Ground
Age: Industrial-Information
Nations: All
Unit produced from: The Comrade
Description: Replaces the Imperial Guard. Begins as a rifleman unit but is automatically given a machine gun in the Modern Age

These are the multi-party government units

Name: City Guard
Type: Ground
Age: Classical-Medieval
Nation(s): All
Unit produced from: The Senator
Description: Unit has weak attack but a lot of hitpoints and armour. Armed with a sword or pike and each unit is only made up of one person.

Name: Presidential Guard
Type: Ground
Age: Gunpowder-Enlightenment
Nations: All
Unit produced from: The President
Description: Replaces the City Guard. Similar model to Continental Marines

Name: Bodyguard
Type: Ground
Age: Industrial-Information
Nations: All
Unit produced from: The CEO
Description: Replaces the Presidential Guard. Begins with Thompson sub-machine gun but is given an assault rifle in the Information Age

Unique Units

Greeks get Elite Hoplites when they research Republic.

Romans get Praetorian Guard when they research Despotism. Praetorian guard now cannot be built at barracks.

Aztecs get Revolutionaries when they research Democracy.

Mayans get Revolutionaries when they research Democracy.

Incas get Revolutionaries when they research Democracy.

French get Grenadiers when they research Monarchy.

Germans get Junkers when they research Monarchy.

British get Royal Guards when they research Monarchy.

Spanish get Conquistadors when they research Monarchy.

Chinese get Ming Musketeers when they research Monarchy. Is similar to the original Manchu Musketeer unit. The Manchu Musketeer at the barracks is changed to look more like a normal musketeer.

Japanese get Ninjas when they research Monarchy. Ninjas have the same abilities as spies but instead of counter-intelligence they have assassinate which can kill any military unit in a melee attack. Cloaked at all times like spies.

Americans get Secret Service when they research Capitalism. Secret service have the same abilities as spies but they can also attack. Cloaked when not moving.

Russian get KGB when they research Socialism. KGB have the same abilities as spies but they can still attack normally. Cloaked when not moving.

Germans get SS when they research Socialism. SS are powerful machine gunners who have the same abilities as special forces. SS are armed with machine guns in all three ages.

Name: Inquisitor
Type: Land
Age: Medieval
Nation(s): Romans, Spanish, French, maybe Dutch, Germans and British too
Unit produced from: Temple
Description: A unique spy with more craft and a special Bribe ability. When the player chooses to bribe an enemy unit, that unit will either join the player's side or die, being found guilty of heresy. The Inquisitor can also accuse of heresy an enemy leader(this means the player can declare war on its enemy without paying any wealth). If the enemy leader proposes peace and the player accepts, it is considered that the enemy leader was once a real heretic, but now he isn't anymore thanks to the Inquisitor. Then the Inquisitor can use its ability once more, and so on. However declaring war on a former heretic damages the player's reputation.

If the enemy leader however doesn't want to make peace with the player, and the player is forced to offer peace, it is considered that the Inquisitor was unsuccessful so none of the Inquisitors of that nation can use this ability again.

Name: Priest (upgrades to spy)
Type: Land
Age: Ancient - Enlightenment
Nation(s): All nations
Unit produced from: Temple
Description: A unit which is like the spy but costs more, takes longer to build and isn't hidden at all. However, priests have heaps more craft and instead of bribing, they convert which happens faster. Since they can't use counterintelligence or informer the instead can heal nearby units. Unique forms of this unit: Inquisitor, see Lord BJ's unit, and Shaolin Monks, who have a melee attack. Some nations get missionaries

Name: Hospital
Type: Building
Age: Gunpowder - Information
Nations: All
Description: All units can be garrisoned inside except air and sea units of course. Hospitals don't have many hitpoints but units inside heal very quickly and its good when you are being invaded and you are running out of resources. Hospitals can only be built in cities and they have a limit of 1 per city. Can garrison up to 5-10 people. Can build a doctor: a cheap, weak unit that can heal nearby units. The French get the red cross wagon which replaces the supply wagon but is built at the hospital, it quickly heals and supplies nearby units and it moves quicker.

Name: House
Type: Building
Age: Civic Research Level 1
Nation(s): All
Description: Similar to Age of Empires III, Houses serve to add to the population limit. Other than adding to the population limit, they can do little more than garrison a small number of units. There would be a limit on the number of houses one builds based upon number of cities as well as Civic Research.
