Everyone feel free to post your new coming scenarios in this thread. Currently, as many of you know, I am currently working on an, "Ancient World" Mod, that should add another element to RoN.

haha well since it looks like no one is doing anything, here we go.
- I just posted my "Quick Battle Enrichment Script" in the downloads section. Adds plague, revolt, meteors (!), great people, and the option to turn off attrition to the Quick Battle scripts option.
- Am working on my final scenario (right... i've been trying to do this for a year at least, can't stay motivated) Don't really have all my ideas together yet for a description... map is made and looks good though =)

I'm working on two scenarios:
First one is about the British invasion of Palestine in 1917-1918 against the Ottoman Empire during World War I
the Second one is about the Air war over Germany during World War II, as a sequel to the Air War scenarios of Japan, 1945 and of Lithuania, 2015.

I'm working on a large mod for Rise of Nations codenamed Osiris. We've added a few nations and we're really working to make the game as realistic as possible.
A demo is in the making and it should be done soon. There will be three playable nations, a mini CTW, and three quick battle maps. The theme is the "Late Hellenistic Era"/"Early Roman Conquest."
If you have any ideas for the mod, feel free to tell me them and we'll see what we can do.

1. While I am not permitted to give any specific information, I can tell you more about the demo. There will be three nations, one of which is Rome, and there will be a few new Quick Battle maps. It is also possible that a mini tutorial will show up for new game play features.
2. We've added many ancient nations and taken away ones that weren't relevant. To give you a geographical perspective, we've added nations that range from Atlantic coasts to the Indus River Valley. At this time, there are a total of 18 nations, but that might fluctuate. A new feature that I am permitted to tell you about is nation groups. In Osiris, nations are put into groups based on similar ethnic, cultural, and language background. For example, there is an African Nation group that contains the Egyptians and the Nubians. Nation groups will control various aspects of game play ranging from Unit Trees to Wonders.
3. We have modified game play and a few features that I am permitted to tell you about include the following. First, Militia have been made much stronger so that they will be used more often for offensives. The population limit has been raised to a maximum of 500 and it will be controlled in a different fashion other than Military Research. Regular Unit Trees may vary by nation as well. There are many new wonders nations are encouraged to train units that they used more than units that weren't used terribly much. In other words, the Regular Unit Training prices fluctuate by nation and nation group. Nations are also encouraged to collect resources that they collected more easily. For example, the Egyptians spend most of their time farming, so collecting food is extremely easy for them. Research costs much more and is slower, however, we will leave regular settings in as well for those players that want to play quick games.
4. I have Leopard 10.5.6.
5. Mac Intel.
6. MacBook.
7. Haven't used Rosetta.

Thanks Hubert! I'll try out the Qing scenario when I get back to my gaming computer. Good to see more East-Asian scenarios around!
I'm currently working on my Battle of Berlin scenario, more as a scripting exercise to get me familiar with it. After that I plan to work on the first of my "Red Star Over China" scenarios, the 1927 Shanghai Massacre.

Nice! So basically you're converting your scenarios from RoN Vanilla to RoN TaP?

Sorry for the double reply.
I'm eventually going to make a fictional scenario of Alexander the Great if he had conquered the Mauryan Empire and all of India. It will be Alexander trudging his way through Asia, steam-rolling right into the Warring States Period of China. I might also make some other fictional scenarios of Alexander's conquests of Carthage (which he had planned before his death) and Italy.

Here's one idea for your civil war alternative scenarios.
You could make a scenario with the british helping the confederates in the civil war. I would like to see a Sherman's March to the Sea with you playing as the British against Sherman and the Union.
Also, keep in mind that at this point, we (the union) might not be at such ease with the British because they would have gone to war with us in your "What if?" scenario. So in other words, if its an industrial age scenario, the british might not be allied with the union, but they would be allied with the confederates.

I would just like to inform everyone that I've started working on my Alexander the Great Alternative History Campaign. So far, I've finished the first scenario completely, and there are two or three more to go, so I should have this campaign done in a couple of weeks provided that I continue to get the same amount of time to work on the scenarios as I've been getting (its taken me half a week to finish one scenario, so you do the math).
Also, please remember that we're going to release a crap load of scenarios and files three days before Thanksgiving, so if you have a file that you want to upload, please wait until then. I'll keep you posted and get the exact date for everyone.
