So what's everyone's favorite (not necessarily best) nation to play?
I always find America fun, but of all things, I must say that the Inca are my favorite to play with.

I'm better with military Tactics and Strategy. The main reason I am still on the High Newbie/Intermediate level is my poor resource management when it comes to what to build, when to build it, and when to age up.
We could add my Discourse on Military Science once it is completed. At this rate I'll have two Discourses, the Discourse on Military Science, and the Discourse on Naval Tactics and Strategy.

This guide is going to be very long, and it will not only include your works, but also the works of other RoN Heaven Forumers. That means that you need to go through old post and find good strategies, such as one of my posts that explains how to rush with the Dutch. Not only will this guide include general strategies, but it will also include very specific and specialized strategies.
As for scenario design, I have already created a guide that I will use to incorporate into the section. However, I need to go through some old posts and add them into mix.
Lastly, when it comes to going through posts in this forum, I would suggest that when you incorporate them into the guide, you put the strategy that is listed into semi-formal language. In other words, we need to standardize everything and make it all be in one set fashion.

Still, 300 for your population cap is pretty darn good!
Have you ever tried to get the +10% population bonus from putting a merchant at a peacock rare resource? If you did so, you would have 330 for your population limit.

I would say that the Russians are also overpowered.

Americans are really good too. Because their economy grows with their military. I like that because I'm usually very weary of spending too many resources on my military, but American militaries actually give back resources (without raiding, like the Aztecs, too!) rather than eat them up.

What would you guys say is the best, under rated nation?

Underrated: Egyptians. They are very good early game because of their farms. THEIR FARMS! You can have more per city than the average nation, and they all produce wealth! You know how hard it is to get wealth in the first two ages? This ability is good in late era games too, because I often find myself without enough wealth to make the fighters that I need to defend against enemy bombing raids.
Overrated: Russians. Sure, they have good attrition and some cool UUs. But they get weaker and weaker as the ages go on. Attrition damage means nothing when you have 3 supply wagons and enough units to cut down those annoying Shock Troppers.

Personally, I find the Nubians, Indians, Persians, or Turks very fun to play as. I like the Indians the least out of the four, but I like the fact that their war elephants cost less. The 15% bonus to caravan income is nice, too.

Please do vote for the RoN Heaven Executive. If you are unable to send an email, you can post your votes directly on the forum. Just leave your top two choices under any of the "RoN Heaven Executive Vote" threads on the forum.

I'm a boomer by heart, so the Chinese, British, Germans, Egyptians, and Koreans are fun.
I have not played many successful games as the Mongols, Aztecs, or other offensive nations. Playing a hybrid like the Americans is challenging but can be fun.

I like the Germans because of their multifaceted powers. They do have some nice economic bonuses, yes. But their military is more powerful than most economic nations, Tiger and Leopard Tanks are a force to be reckoned with, with extra HP and damage over a normal tank, their early game HI are built faster, and have more hitpoints as well. Combine this with the German's early Lumber mills, Granaries, and Smelters, plus their extra resources from cities, and you get an extremely potent nation with a wide variety of strategies available to it.

Since I mostly do Classical and Medieval scenarios, I prefer France. The supply wagon heal is priceless.

Well normally I use the supply wagons to heal my troops after battles, rather than during them (although that is still a powerful bonus). If you are forced to retreat, it helps to be able to have your troops back up to full health easily for when your opponent attempts to exploit your defeat (which often takes a while for some reason).

That's how I use the supply wagons. No idea if they are effective in battle, but once I capture a city they can buff up my survivors while the enemy rallies their counteroffensive. During this time I am also making reinforcements and organizing them into another army for a leapfrog attack while the first army is healing.
I either catch the couteroffensive in motion, or in the worst case I at least have a more healthy army if I get hit beofre I can marshall my reinforcements.
In the best case my reinforcements arrive as the first army is healed and I can proceed with a redoubled healthy army.

There is no denying that the Supply Wagons are useful in battle was well. They delay the death of your units because they restore health while they lose. While it isn't a major game changing ability, it does help preserve your army. I came here from Company of Heroes, and I must admit that I have unit preservation almost hard coded into my system as a result.
There may not be a retreat option, but we do have forced march and healing supply wagons to make up for it!
Of course, I rarely play the French, most of my experience comes from defending using the Senator, President, and CEO.
