I'm Jeru, 15 y/o, born in NJ, USA to Israeli parents, now living in Haifa, Israel. I'm in the 10th grade in a terrible oppresive grade factory/school, trying to enjoy as much as I can and not to drown in a sea of homework, exams, projects, extracurricular classes and HG work. I speak English and Hebrew fluently and I study Arabic and Spanish (at school and privately, respectively). I am interested in graphics, ancient history, Hebrew/Semitic linguistics and more. Being a Hebrew grammar buff I helped out two forummers in their Hebrew studies and recently advised the Hebrew department of a language-learning site.
Currently my favorite game is Sim City 3000 but recently I also liked AoK, EE, The Sims, SimGolf and more.
I was very involved in scenario-designing for AoK in its "golden age" in a team called Lighthouse Creations, which specialized in scenarios loosely based on the Bible's stories. We got very good reviews for our two releases, and our submission to a scenario-design contest got an honorable mention. Something went tewwibly tewwibly wong, though, and we didn't get as much work done as we would like to. I plan to get a new trigger guy for AoM and start releasing more scenarios after a long long time out of business.Got cherubhood and later angelhood for being in charge of the AoKH download section, later moved to the EEH download section but lost passion for the game and quit, and ever since I've been doing the occasional graphics job at HG and doing what I can until I get an official job at some heaven (maybe downloads admin at AoMH). Currently in progressive stages of working on my third cloud revamp within the past year or so, building a SC4 Mini-Heaven, hoping it'll be upgraded to a real heaven and looking forward to the release of AoM...
Raq miláh be'ivrít ħodéret el orqái, el nišmatí - Only a word in Hebrew penetrates into my veins, into my soul
I swear, Hebrew is one of the coolest and funniest languages I've ever heard. It's great, and some of the swears are fun. - Talon Karrde
