Playability: 2
There isn't a whole lot of playability here. Firstly, it ran at about 1 frame per second for a majority of the time on my computer. Secondly, the game starts with a wonder timer active. Also, all the players start with nukes researched so expect the game to become a nuke-a-thon really quickly.
Balance: 3
The only reason I gave it a three here is because the author seems to have at least realized that Germany had a big army in world war two.
Creativity: 1
Not much effort in this department. I've seen very similar European continent WW2 scenarios that have been much better.
Map Design: 2
He at least drew a European map (I assume), but none of the cities are in the right positions and none of the cities were renamed. Also not too much effort in this department.
Story/Instructions: 2
It's "World War 2." You start as the Russians. That's about it.
Additional Comments:
This is not a very good scenario in it's current condition. It runs very slowly, nukes fly everywhere, the diplomacy is not locked, and the game will be over very quickly anyway because of the wonder victory. I don't want to stifle a beginning attempt at scenario creation but it's not worth the time spent to download the scenario.
If I had a couple of recommendations for the author, they would be:
1. Remove some units. It runs far too slowly to be played.
2. Lock the Diplomacy. I don't remember Russia going to war with Turkey and Egypt.
3. Rename cities to be more historical. Right now none of the cities have any proper naming.
4. If you get ambitious about scripting, remove the ability to build nuclear weapons. Also, look into changing the names of the nations.
5. I almost forgot, make sure you disable wonder victory.

I wasnt even able to play this campaign as already in the begining you are at war and start fighting, and losing. you dont have time to arrange yourself.
Balance: 1
the enemies were too strong and too many. i didint have a chance defeating the german army, and its roman ally, espacially with all others against me and with weak allies as britain and france.
Creativity: 1
it wasnt so creative. there was nothing exciting here and you didint even invested time in the story you wanted to make. and of course, a simple scenario of WW2 as all know is not so creative.
Map Design: 3
So yeah the map looked like europe sort of, but the cities there werent arrnaged and named right and the names of the leaders also werent all good.
Story/Instructions: 3
The story is known to all and its ww2, this is the only reason i gave you a 3. there were no instructions or a more specific story on the scenario.
Additional Comments:
The scenario wasnt so good. so ok, if you dont want to invest your time in that, then dont, but at least make it playeble so ill be able to prepare my economy and forces and actually win this and not automatically lose to the germans.
