I made this scenario when I had some free time, so it may be slightly rough on the edges..
Anyway, You start with only a small force (6 Bandereitas, 6 Tercios, 8 Light Cavalry, 4 Ranged Cavalry, 2 Bombards, A Supply Wagon and Pizarro himself) and a handful of Missionaries (Spies). The Idea is that you use these Missionaries to convert (bribe) warriors from the headhunter tribes (don't shy away from allying with a tribe) and destroy those tribes. Your ultimate goal will be to take over Machu Pichu, but beware, it is well defended!!
Additional Comments:
Well done, this is a true historical depiction of what happened. well summarized in this scen.
cons: teritory victory should've been off, even though it doesn't affect it until you max out civ research.

Playability: 3
Pretty fun in the very beginning, but it eventually just become rather repetitive. It was however fun in the end when my economy surpassed the Inca's and I easily won a territory victory.
Balance: 3
It has an OK balance, although the natives except Macchu Picchu are very, very weak. Macchu Picchu is well protected and hard to take however.
Creativity: 3
In the beginning it looks a little bit like the Syria scenario from the Napoleon campaign, but overall it's a pretty creative idea. However you shouldn't have put Aztecs and Maya in it. The Aztecs and the Mayans had nothing to do with Macchu Picchu. Also, not only there are no triggers at all, but there is no script at all.
Map Design: 4
Pretty good map. I haven't checked whether it's accurate or not, but anyway it's better than a random map.
Story/Instructions: 2
No script, so no story. I give you a 2 however because you posted some instructions here.
Additional Comments: To be honest, this was a rather disappointing scenario, compared to City-states of Sumer. Certainly, a simple script with some popups at the beginning and a few events would have improved some ratings.
