Red1530 I like the background story but it sounds a bit like Shattered Union.

ARRRGH! Very confusing as stated before. I could barely find most of my important buildings, this also really takes effect if you play as Canada.

Balance: 5
Very balanced I do however think Canada was too powerful, though Quebec balanced it out a bit.

Creativity: 5
I like the Idea of North America being shattered into many pieces, very creative.

Map Design: 5
You nailed it with this map,I like how the confederates get Cuba, and Mexico has that tiny portion of the Yucatan it makes the map in prespective.

Story/Instructions: 5
Very interesting story line...

Additional Comments:
I think the best part was the union of california, because Arnold rules it XD
WARSAWPACT This is one of my favorite scenarios.

Yes, you could play it, and yes, its VERY fun :P

Balance: 4
Canada did seem a little to powerful, although i have no further complaints other then that

Creativity: 4
Seemed very creative, although it does seem a little similar to Shattered Union.

Map Design: 5
Very pleased with map design, although my one tiny tiny complaint for the design was that Toronto was placed as the capital for Canada, maybe replace one of Canada's smaller cities with Ottawa?

Story/Instructions: 5
I knew what to do

Additional Comments:
I play this scenario more often then any other RoN scenario, and its still very fun. I like how the balance of power in each game can change and be so different depending on what I do, great scenario!
