This is a final group of tmy best things I've made for Rise of Nations that I've
made into a "Gold Edition" because they're as revised as they are going
to get. Hope you enjoy some of these.
Big Blank Map:
A 559 X 559 (Far larger than regular "Big Huge" setting) blank grass
template that you can use to make scenarios.
Reskin of a house into a wall-like thing, includes a backup of the original
house art file.
Spartan Hoplite Skin:
A reskin of the Mohawk Phalanx into a Spartan Hoplite, basically it is just
a bare chested Phalanx unit. I uploaded it awhile ago and it got pretty good
reception, and I think it's my best reskin. Includes backup.
Bigger "Big Huge" map setting:
Change of rules file which makes the Big Huge map setting a 39% larger. Includes
Scenario with script which causes plagues to hit cities and kill people every so often.
Easy to copy and paste onto your own scenarios to add another layer of realism.
Scenario with script which causes revolutions to break out (swaps citizens to player 8's
militia, so you need to have an 8th player who is a barbarian group or something) Easy
to copy and paste onto your own scenarios to add another layer of realism.
Single Infantry Units (Instead of three):
Modification of Unit Rules which changes the amount of units in an infantry group from
three to one.
I give this a four because everything works well and it seems that you definitely put good time and effort into these modifications. However, there is room for improvement. I find the "Wall" building to be a bit bland, in the sense that you basically reskinned a house. If I were you, I would have actually created an entirely knew building art that would make a longer building that could could have a many hit points. Other than that, I have no issues.
