While the other Allied troops all over the region launched an assault against Boche's positions all over the Somme river, the Germans launched their own assault against our division entrenchments in Mametz Woods, near Bazentin.

This scenario is mostly artillery scenario: The artillery plays an important role in the mission, especially in destroyed concetrated masses of enemy units.
Planes are also useful- they are good for shooting down enemy planes, destroying ground units and revealing the enemy positions to friendly artillery.
Machine guns are also overpowered, and flamethrowers too.

Your mission is to repel the Boche's assault until you will get tanks- Mark I Light Tanks- armoured vehicles with large enough range to act like small artillery, but more mobile than the heavy guns, and able to move and capture enemy trenches.

Fun, good way to kill 10-20 minutes. But bugs with scripting you could fix. i.e. Unit spawning randomly around ranks, artillery is nice but it kept shooting at my units when there were no signs or enemy, and fired at enemies no where in range. Average replay value.

Balance: 4
Easy to play, but pretty challenging if you dont use your airbases, when i did use em the enemy get cut down fast by my artillery after revealing them with the planes.

Creativity: 3
Eh, i liked it, its not 5 material but if i could maybe 3.5-3.7 Good fun.

Map Design: 4
Liked how it look, there were times when the enemy popped up randomly in our ranks, which messed up all my troops/

Story/Instructions: 4
Nice story and instructions. You used the choice popup thing nicely.

Additional Comments:
Also you can set camera when you set a pop up too, using jump_camera(x,y); i think it was. Just put it before the pop up you want it to be in. If it's during the game i think you need to put it in a trigger. cause the camera went all over the place. doesnt mess with gp though.

Very fun! Usually the "battle" type scenarios I find boring, but this is one of the best!

Balance: 4
Definitely challenging, but not impossible. I won on the second try

Creativity: 4
WWI is more creative than WWII, but still I can't give this a five for the Creativity Category.

Map Design: 5
Very well designed map! Definitely gave me the impression of "Trench Warfare."

Story/Instructions: 5
Great instructions! I especially like that you let the player choose what re enforcements to get.

This is the best battle scenario I have seen yet! Keep up the good work.
