Needs T&P?: Yes
The Campaign "Socialist Rising":
In 2012, capitalist governments will collapse, socialism will prevail and the proletariat will finally come to power... Or will they? Ignore this part: (Pick a side, capitalist or socialist, play, win or lose, announce it as a comment, and I'll make more scenarios according to which side wins each battle! The capitalists are easier to play, but require more player wins for a campaign win(25). It's the opposite for the socialists (10).)

The Story:
Following the successful rebellion of the NDP and the seisure of B.C. by socialism. A young man named Phillipe was plotting his own uprising, one day, he organized a militia, staged a coup against the mayor of Montreal and started to conquer nearby quebec towns as well as bring in support from the countryside. Stephen Harper has ordered you, Peter McKay, the defence minister, to destroy the Quebecois! Luckily, the Americans have also noticed and have sent a small task force to the area.

The Scenario:
The Quebecois don't get many vehicle production buildings, and don't have too many resources, but they start with a good number of infantry units. The government has 1 army, and the support of America, which gives them a huge advantage. But the Quebecois do get some access to the st. Lawrence river and a good flow of resources from fish.

Other Notes:
Not very heavily scripted. Only disabled things are new cities and wonders. I wanted to not let the Quebecois research capitalism as a government and vice versa for the Government and the U.S., but it didn't work. I'll make a new version when I know how to do that.

Update:
I disabled nukes and restricted the types of governments you can have!

Arlo You can disable government types with

disable_tech(1, "Capitalism");

Where 1 is the number of the nation you want to disable it for.

omg, thanks
Snoopah It is a good idea, but you need to flip a couple things (this is for both scenarios):

BC Scenario:

The NDP should probably be largely fortified around Victoria and Nanaimo, with maybe a region or two on the mainland as NDP as well, with the Liberals owning most of the mainland and some of the island. The NDP has always been largest around Victoria, so that should probably be shown as such. Anyway, that huge chunk of Eastern BC serves no purpose except to make the map look bigger, so it would be better as a larger Vancouver Island. Also, the NDP should get more then just Partisans, as they can't attack for quite a while, during which time the Liberals are flattening the NDP with their air power.

Quebec:

The Liberals have it too easy. The Quebecois have a sizable army, but the Liberals have a big airforce and a large enough army, not to mention the monster of the Americans. I was able to defeat the Quebecois easily, simply by bombing their redoubt, killing most of their troops as they tried to conquer Ottawa, and then using my own army and airforce to mop up the survivors.

Thanks for the tips Snoopah. I'll be sure to balance sides out more evenly in my future scenarios. Plus, the Western BC scenario was my first one, I didn't even see how other people did it before.
But, you'll be happy to know that I've got a challenging new Assault on Kelowna that I just uploaded. I'm also just finishing these: a scenario where you have to smuggle supplies across the mountains between Alberta and BC, one in Alberta, and 2 new scenarios on a whole new theatre in this war! dun dun dun (Probably kinda predictable, but still very exciting nonetheless)
