To use these files, you must have already installed 3dsmax 5 and the Rise of Nations exporter plugin availible on this website.
EDIT 2nd June 2010:
I just tested it again and it seems that it works for me when you copy the dll files to C:\Windows\system32
To install, copy the dll files to the same directory you copied the Ronexporter.dle to. The ronexporter.dle was the file that came with the official Big Huge Games exporter. If the exporter still fails to work, then please comment so i can fix it. I'll be able to provide more detailed instructions when I get my 3dsmax 5 working correctly.
This is great! Now we can get some models going on for RoN modders!

This is probably a bit late for a Review, but from what I've heard, these files have helped a great deal for some folks, so I thought that I would rate this a five. Nice work! :D

Just a note for anyone who keeps getting the error where the exporter fails to initialise, you should be able to fix it by copying these dll files to SysWOW64 (located in the same folder as System32). I'm guessing it's due to having Windows 7 64-bit.

Hi, so i have 3DS Max 2015 in the 64 bit version and i have that initialization error with the plugin. I have tried putting those .DLL files in that folder but i hasn't solved the problem. I know all this is old tech now compared to the super new MAX 2015 but is there anyone who can help me?
