Rise of Options was an experimental mod used to explore and prove ideas thought impossible possible.
In this recorded game are a number of units/ideas never seen before in RONH like the naval ram. Some of these units will be seen in Rise of Powers and other projects but, if you will like to use some of these units in the mod feel free to ask me and I will gladly give them to you just be sure to credit me.
I have included a commentary/tour and if you wish to follow it switch to player view starting with the Americans. When the view moves to another nation click that one to continue the tour (you can tell if the view doesn't budge for 5 seconds)

Note: Much of the units are in Beta so they will need some more modifications before I release them
this recorded game doesn't work, i have already sent out an update when it was released to the site so I'm unsure when this will be updated. But don't bother downloading. The new units won't be seen in the recorded game and halfway and when the whirble wind is made the game will crash.
Sorry about this, I assumed recorded games recorded the every about the game, including modded material. The update will be a slide show of the recorded game.

I haven't seen you active lately and there is a chance there will be no response to this message but if you are still around could you please release what you have created. I know that what you have done is truly ground breaking through descriptions so why don't you actually give us access to what you have created since it would certainly help the modding community. Why shouldn't we make every move to revolutionize modding so that RON will not die soon?

Yeah i haven't been on in quite some time... Anyway, the mod i used to make this video, has numerous bugs, so i can't really release that mod. The other units i was planning (and still planning) to put a giant mod project, Rise of Powers. The Naval ram was going to be sent as independent mod, but I'm still having problems with the model of it. I'll post some screen shots of these units in the forum.

Thanks so much! I must say I was quite worried that you were just another member to go permanently inactive. The naval ram sounds very cool - would it be possible to make a normal battering ram?
So would I be able to use some of these creations for my medieval mod Rise of Kings? I will obviously give you credit for it.

Maybe, I'm thinking that the unit will just ram if it doesn't have a CHAR_ATTACK, the naval rams attack, is under CHAR_WALK in unit graphics, so it might work
