what I updated? lots of stuff
for one thing no more stupid units will appear, those have been weeded out, ive gone for a more visceral experience this time. nitty and gritty. Biggest mentions are 300 pop cap, removal of attrition for all but purples territory, increased artillery attack points, greatly increased tank hitpoints, increased building hit points, greatly increased plane attack points, greatly increased bazooka attack points. some fixes to costs of certain units.. the stronger the unit the more costly it will be basically.
