Playability: 3
It didn't lag, but I was unable to build anything or research the next age because I had no library and was over the population limit

Balance: 1
I won in five minutes because I owned nearly 3/4 of the land. I had mountains, farms, forests, oil, and the enemy had almost none

Creativity: 2
Pearl Harbour has been done before, and better

Map Design: 2
Two sets of islands, divided by sea, with default city names. Lots of forest, but nothing special

Story/Instructions: 1
None - you included a blank script file.

Additional Comments:
Your scenario would have been OK had you turned off wonders (in my game, the Yanks built the Temple of Tikal), turned off the territory victory timer, raised the population cap and generally just taken a bit more care. There were empty aircraft carriers and I couldn't build planes for them because there were so many units on my side. The enemy had a library but I didn't, so I was facing superior units. Even so, I won, because the territory timer ran out after 5 minutes.

Barack Obama is the current US President - It was Roosevelt at the time of Pearl Harbour. Also, the Japanese and Americans were in the Modern Age by 1941 - no biplanes I'm afraid.

Overall however it's OK for a first try. Not brilliant, but OK.

Playability:
well...It was playable but too many historic mistakes, like Barack Obama was not president during WWII and the Americans had no aircraft carriers stationed at Pearl Harbor.

Balance:
It was Balanced, but historically, the Japanese overwhelmed our forces, so it was a little off. Also, the Japanese did not use Soldiers, Just the navy and the aircraft carriers.

Creativity:
Nothing new, way too many Pearl Harbor scenarios floating around.

Map Design:
Well...a few islands, which by the way, is not Pearl Harbor, the Japanese did not launch from a close island or else we would have detected them. Pearl Harbor was a Naval Base at Honolulu, Hawaii. Not three separate little islands, there was a whole city right next to it. No reason for the enemy islands, as I said, they did not have a base near Pearl Harbor.

Story/Instruction: more or less, I knew to attack the Japanese Ships.

Well, my computer didn't crash so there is a little bit of playability. But there are too many units and you win to fast.

Balance: 1
The japanesse are superior to you but you win very fast because of the territory timer.

Creativity: 2
No scripts at all, plus that the idea has been used before.

Map Design: 3
A little bit better map design(maybe better than mine). But still it doesn't look to interesting.

Story/Instructions: 2
No story, or instructions, plus that you have mistaken the leaders name.

Additional Comments:
Well it's not too good.We need to work more, espacially on the scripts.I made a scenario like yours but i abandonated it and now I am working on a new scenario and I'm giving my best at it.Maybe next time it will be better.
