I'd say that while you have some good ideas, these were somewhat sloppy - only the library seems to have been done properly - and even there are some unfinished parts. Still, these are quite promising, and give them a bit of spit and polish they could prove to be useful. Do you have 3dsMax V?

Apart from the use of the original alpha channel, preventing you from changing the shape of the building and cutting out bits and pieces in game, I believe you have done a good job with these textures and they would probably go well with the textures already in the game. What I like the most is that you have kept it simple - your textures aren't cluttered with random objects and extra buildings, making your textures relatively neat and tidy. (You could learn something from this Velvetclaw) ;)
Just try not to copy parts of Velvetclaw's textures though.
