You start off with far too many units (100+ over the cap, with no seige), placed haphazardly at various locations.
The enemies will sign peace and declare war on you constantly.
No pointers on what is going on. What is up with the bunch of scientists and commandos in the forest with the space program and supercollider? (Note: wonders and buildings are useless unless placed within the radius of a city.) Why is the us and japan at war with you, and why do they keep signing peace and then declaring war? No story at all.
All 8 starting cities are not near any forest and only one mountain between them.
And lastly, the game is far too easy. With your starting force you can roll over the us and japan and china, as long as you let enough units die initially to be able to build seige (I only managed to build seige after japan and us was conquered AND after I built the colossus for +50 to pop cap. I didn't actually have to build any seige, I could have rolled over china with all the starting out units as well).
I wouldn't recommend playing this scenario.

I agree with the above, it needs revision.
In the meantime, for an eastern scenario, download The Far East. Not blowing my own horn or anything, but it's better than this.

There wasnt much to do on this scenario but moving your army from city to city.
THe enemys all together didnt have a chance as the russian army was too huge and even after defeating them all i was left with many soldiers.
No scripting or much to do. but the idea had a potential.
Map Design: 3
I guess it supposed to look like the russian-chinese border and japan's island, well it was close but not exacly, it looked like a random map.
There wasnt a story and you didint even lock teams so even the war story couldnt be played right.
Could be better the scenario has a potential just needs to be reconstructed.
