This file contains the damage bonuses that units and buildings receive when attacking each other. The data is taken directly from the game. The file allows for quantitative analysis of the rock-paper-scissors damage model for different units in Rise of Nations. It does not include temporary damage bonuses such as the effect of entrenchment, attacking deployed vs undeployed units, or the Japanese barracks unit damage bonus by age.
The sheet "Raw data" contains the damage bonuses including the effect of age from rules.xml, the effect of balance.xml, and the innate bonuses "hidden" within the game. The sheet "No age bonuses" is when the age bonuses are removed, so it only has the effects of balance.xml and the innate bonuses. The sheet "No age no balance" has only the effect of the innate bonuses, if you want to see the inherent bonuses that units get prior to being modified by age or balance.xml.
Data is given in multiplier form, with 100 representing 100% damage, 200 representing 200% (double) damage, etc.

Extremely thorough, and very useful to check final damage modifiers for units.
Additional Comments:
Due to the sheer size of the data some programs become unstable while editing the document - I had trouble with Libreoffice Calc but a recent copy of Excel fared better.
