This is my Ultimate Rise of Nations Thrones and Patriots Modification Final Version.
No updates since 1 BETA.
I am now focusing on scenarios, so no new things on the mod front will appear from me for some time!
The Installation Instructions are in the README file.
It currently has these effects:
1) Conquer the World Tribute start amount increases and Bonus for not attacking increases.
2) Airbase Plane Limit = 50.
3) Aircraft Carrier Plane Limit = 30.
4) American Improvements:
1. Marines Sea Transports Move Faster.
2. Marines Sea Transports Slightly Increase HP.
3. Americans get 4 Free Scholars when a University is Completed.
4. Americans get 4 Free Bombers when an Airbase is Completed.
5. American Military Updates are Cheaper.
6. American Science Updates are Cheaper.
7. American Marines Entrench after 2 Seconds of Not Moving instead of 5.
5) British Improvemnts:
1. British Ships are now 66% Faster Completion instead of 33%.
2. British Anti-Aircraft is now 33% Faster at being completed.
3. British Tower Ranges are Doubled.
4. (Does not appear to work) British get 10 Free Fighters and 5 Free Bombers upon completion of an Airbase.
5. British Planes and Missiles are made 35% Faster than Other Nations Planes and Missiles.
6. British Ships (Navy) are made 35% Faster than Other Nations Ships.
6) Armageddon Timer Starts at 50+ Depending on The Number of Players and Teams.
7) A Maximum of 10 Farms Per City, instead of 5 Farms Per City.
8) Red Fort heals units twice as fast.
9) Red Fort gets only 37% damaged by aircraft.
10) Air and Space (Missile) Attacks are now more Powerful.
11) Forts can now be closer together.
12) Forts can now be placed closer to enemy cities.
13) Russians have these upgrades:
1. 3 Times as much attrition as other Nations.
2. Russian Spies are now half as cheap as for other Nations.
3. Russian Cossacks do 1 and a half times as much damage as other Nations' Cossacks Do.
14) Romans have these upgrades:
1. Roman Forts are 20% Stronger than other Nations Forts.
2. Roman Forts are 50% Cheaper than other Nations Forts.
3. Roman Forts are made 50% Faster than other Nations Forts.
4. Roman Legions are 20% Cheaper than Usual.
5. Roman Legions are made 20% Faster than Usual.
15) Population Limit Starts at 300 and ends at 5000.
16) Egyptians have these upgrades:
1. Egyptians Wonders are 50% Cheaper.

17) Germans get these upgrades:
1. German Submarines are 35% Cheaper than other Nations Submarines.
2. German Submarines are made 35% Faster than other Nations Submarines.
3. German Missiles and Planes are created 35% Faster than other Nations Missiles and Planes.

Lord of Legends
An interesting set of mods for the game. I have been already working on some of the, and have some already completed for the Dutch. However, rather than tampering excessively with the population cap, I have set the carrier fighter-bombers to a cap setting of zero, and increased the number of planes per carrier. Setting the fishing boat to a zero population cap also seems to work well.
I have already be working on the forts and towers, and might do some file posting of my own. For those interested, I have a large collection of military graphics to share with those who do graphics work.
