THE STORY SO FAR... On 2009, the United States has received satellite recon photos. These photos show that the Russians have constructed a secret research base on a tiny island in the icy North Atlantic. This is of deep concern. The Russians are unaware that the US have knowledge of this base. The US have secretly been monitoring the activities of this base for the last 3 years, it is now 2012.
The US have came to the conclusion that this base is a major threat. Research there has been focused on developing the most advanced nuclear weapons the world has ever seen. It is believed Russia is planning to sell a third of these weapons once complete to Iran and N.Korea. This is a threat to world peace and this must not continue.
SCENARIO:
The US have decided to send in their best Elite Special Forces to destroy this research base. They will land by submarine at approximately 12:10am on October 9th, 2012. You are in command of this group. It will be your job to see that this mission succeeds.
NOTES:
Warning- This scenario uses mild foul language. This was done to create the stressful environment that this group faces while on this mission. It has a slight RPG feel to it and is a bit different.
There are instructions in the game that will tell you what all needs to be done. Please give me some comments and reviews on here, have fun! |

Playability: 4
(Very good scenario, full of goodies and a lot of stuff, i had some trouble to download the special forces... i think i didint put the sub on the exact place!! but is very good, esay to play and trilling!)
Balance: 4
(A bit hard, but that the way it sould be, not to hard and not to easy, great game!!)
Creativity: 5
(The game is a little quick, but is very well build, good script things, nice!)
Map Design: 3
(the map is good, but the island could be more large, i know you designed her this way to the troops have some difficulty reaching their objective, but you could done it larger!!)
Story/Instructions: 5
(Nice instructions, it has everithing i needed to follow the story, loved the soldiers dialogs.)

Playability: 5
(Hi Warspite2, is this your first scenario? If it is, excellent job for a starter... very simple to play and with a strong supporting script! It has a great story, and maybe you could do some other parts of this scenario, like the Russian responce, etc.!!)
Balance: 4
(Its very well balanced, from the special forces number to the enemie responce and number. In some occasions its a little hard, but i think that is all about tha timing that each player plans its attack!!)
Creativity: 5
(Excellent, from the story itself, the units names to the great script with some things i never saw being used before, well done!!)
Map Design: 4
(Good map, but you could create some other stuff, like gooddies or more desert islands, but my congratulations!!!)
Story/Instructions: 5
(The story puts the player on the right spot, the dialogs make the game trilling and gives you the enviorement the author wanted, well done Warspite2, send more ;))

It sucks. How are you supposed to beat the enemy if you can't even get out of the damn submarine?!

Playability: 4
The scenario is both very playable and is very fun. I love the special-ops feel of the game. It is a little too short though. It is also hard sometimes to get the sub to the correct spot.
Balance: 4
It is very possible to win yet still pretty difficult. I finished it with only two of the six units I started with. I love how you got the level to need the use the stealth ability of the special-ops.
Creativity: 4
The scenario is very creative with the submarine drop off and the overall design works very well. I think the fact that you only have special-ops is pretty creative.
Map Design: 3
The island design is good for having close combat and it is fine to move around on, but it seems very small. As the other reviewer said it could use more islands or buildings.
Story/Instructions: 5
I think the story was great. I like the dialogue. You also always know what you are supposed to be doing.
Additional Comments:
It is a very short scenario, if you could make a couple more objectives or just have it be a longer distance to the base the scenario would be awesome. |
