Once again I reduced unit speed and for those with range, that was reduced too. I also took down the HP greatly so that battles ended faster and were much bloodier.
Second Generals scenario. Had alot of fun making it. Hope you all have fun playing it. I didn't get a chance to test play so if there's any bugs or things someone wants changed then please tell me right away. And if anyone has any ideas for more Generals scenarios, by all means please tell. Enjoy

Where is the AI? Not one enemy attacked me. (I was playing the "Britons"°

No possibility of creating new troops. Cities towers and castles are very strong and the only way to win is to create tons of citizenS. I really don't see the interest?

Not original.Nothing fancy in this scenario.

Except for the issues outlined under "balance", the scenario seems playable enough. The romans may have it a little easy (if they simply build their forts) and are a little tedious to play at the same time (having to bribe an army together).
Balance: 2
It would seem that lowering the hp has the adverse affect of completely unbalancing attrition. Also, the hp have not been reset to the lower standards. Specifically pikemen, spies and citizens, but prolly some others as well
Creativity: 4
Excellent concept, great idea.
Map Design: 2
A Roman Empire scenario without Carthage, Egypt or any of the asian powers? Sorry, but as a historical scenario goes, this one is somewhat lacking in reseach, it seems.
Story/Instructions: 2
There does not seem to be much beyond "go forth and take all". Still, who doesn't like the Romans Empire?
Additional Comments:
At least fix the hp on the units, either back to their old values or make sure you downgrade _all_ of the units.
