The Cuban Missile Crisis was a confrontation during the Cold War between the Soviet Union and the United States regarding the Soviet deployment of nuclear missiles in Cuba. The crisis started on October 16, 1962, when U.S. reconnaissance was shown to U.S. President John F. Kennedy revealing Soviet nuclear missile installations on the island, and ended thirteen days later on October 28, 1962, when Soviet leader Nikita Khrushchev announced that the installations would be dismantled. The Cuban Missile Crisis is regarded as the moment when the Cold War came closest to escalating into a nuclear war. “Wikipedia”
You play as the Americans. Discussions have failed. You must destroy all the Soviet missile silos in Cuba. The first couple minutes are peace. Then the mission begins. If you can destroy a soviet attack sub, you can slow the shipping of missiles. If not in about five minutes the soviets will launch missiles. You are not at war against Cuba so you will experience attrition for all of your units flying over or on Cuba. You cannot build missiles or new cities.
This is my first scenario, but I work for a long time on it and made a custom map. Please offer me some advice and reviews. Tell me if it is too easy. I hope you like it. I would like to thank Probed for answering my questions and for anyone else who has posted info on scripting at Ron Heaven.
The script wouldn't compile, so it doesn't work as you intended. I fixed it so it works. Do you want me to send it to you? If so email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
There's no mountain on US soil for metal production. Was that intentional?

The lack of mountains was intentional. To my knowledge there is not much metal to be mined in Florida and I thought you had enough to start and make it challenging. I have updated the file, I have fixed the problem.

i love the basic idea of the scenerio but you need to have the US start with some workers and a barracks near the space launch pad. Besides that i love the way the game moves smoothly and the triggers are exelent (i couldn't figgure out how to add triggers to my own scenerios). Thanks for GREAT scnerio!!
