Rise of Nations Script Maker 2.0


RoN Script Maker is a modding tool for use with Rise of Nations that edits scripts in an intuitive interface. Scripts created by this program can then be used in Quick Battles and Multiplayer games.


-Support for Rise of Nations (vanilla), Thrones and Patriots, and Extended Edition
-Disabling of any unit, building, or technology
-Researching of any unit, building, or technology at game start
-Editing of unit and building stats like health, attack, and speed
-Changing various game options like plunder and attrition
-Interchangeable script snippets ("scrippets") that add new gameplay elements such as smashing units with tanks, generals that heal nearby units, and capturing artillery
-Game paths can be found automatically or set manually.
-Scripts can be saved, loaded, and organized in various ways.
-Option to run RoN on exit

therightchoice sorry about other comment on other ron script but i downloaded alrite. is there instruction on how to use this?
I turned off attrition and did sum stuff ran rise of nations but i still get attrition?
so what it is wenever i leave the script editor thing all my settings are lost is there way to save your settings?

There is a decent-size FAQ (faq.txt) that can be opened from the About tab. One of the first questions will tell you how to use it. There is also context-sensitive help appearing in the status bar for almost every function. I think the script maker pretty easy to use.

Additional Comments:I giv it a 10/5 thats how sick this is. i wouldve actually paid for dis lol.
now i dont have to have gay attrition anymore and all the little scrippets are cool. I also got rid of spies too cos they just merk your whole time it pisses me off.
basically you can make the game how you want it its lush.
P.S big thanks to maker this must of took ages to make and ignore all gay cries for help this ting is easy to work out.
FLATRON I've run through your FAQ and all, your site seems to be down, this might be old and no one might answer me, but please do if you know...

For some bizarre reason I can't disable techs. I can disable every unit and building perfectly, but not techs... Can anyone tell me why? It's driving me crazy...

Coldwar Warrior Every one seemed to leave once World in Conflict was released. anyway are you disabling techs on Scenario editor or the scriptmaker

it's been a while since i've messed with RoN, but from what i remember, tech disabling works differently than unit/building disabling. techs are disabled per player whereas units and buildings are disable for all players. so it's not unreasonable for this to happen. i'd need more information on your setup and the script in question to find a fix, though. feel free to email me if you'd like additional help.

my website is now snakebytestudios.com, btw. (my old site expired and got snatched up by squatters.) and i'm not playing world in conflict. i'm still stuck on aoe3 for the moment.

probably no more scrippets. the last time i worked on any new ron stuff was last summer--it was a campaign scenario script that was a true field battle which moved 2 massive lines of infantry into place randomly on the map. but if any bugs come up, i will be glad to fix them.
